“I've just got home after a two night stay in Lyme Regis. It's February so the area's not busy but the pub had some good local characters partaking of the excellently kept ales. I was in a group of five mates down to visit a former workmate. Breakfasts were marvelous and the rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. The establishment doesn't have a car park but if you can't find a space in one of the nearby roads there is a pay and display a couple of hundred metres away. It's free from 1800-0800, I think.”

“Stayed here for two nights to catch up with old friends. The rooms were spotlessly clean with plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits available. The staff were lovely, polite, helpful and very attentive. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food was very good ( I recommend the eggs benedict). The pub itself is also very welcoming with an excellent selection of real ales and very highly thought of by the local CAMRA group. The pub does not do food outside of the breakfast but there are plenty of very good options close by in the town. There is no on-site parking but the local council car park is only two minutes walk away. Would recommend.”
